Lesser Zone - Code from the "Sphere" sewer
The Sphere military base in the eastern part of the Lesser Zone can be accessed through the sewer. To open the door, enter the code 2765. You will learn it if you decide to give Varta's sensors to Richter. The location itself is closely connected with the story quest "Behind Seven Seals".
Garbage - Safe code near Electric field
If you go to Electrofield southeast of the Slag Heap, you will find a locked safe on the second floor of a two-story white building. Enter the code 1708 to open it. Inside is a backpack with the usual supplies.
Garbage - Codes for doors at the Factory
There are two doors with code locks in the Factory in the south-eastern corner of the Garbage. The first one leads to the basement, where the underground laboratory is located. To open it, enter the code 2605.
The second door will allow you to exit this laboratory. To do this, you will need to enter the code 2603. The location itself is connected with the passage of the quest "The Path of Liberation". You get it if you decide to give Varta's sensors to Richter.
